Grandeur was designated a project to re-imagine a once humble family dwelling and transform it to become a mixed-used scheme. We created a space which is designed with careful consideration for students yet versatile to serve persons of all walks of life through a public space at the lower level.

The primary services of the building were cleverly concealed within a central atrium that also promoted several passive cooling strategies.
