The main ethos used to design the Carpark Layout are:

1. Parking is often a person’s first and last interface with
a building.
2. Primarily parking should be safe, efficient, well-marked
and accommodating to all users.
3. Parking should be flexible enough to respond to
various types of vehicles.

Merging the client’s requirements and ensuring the
carpark was aesthetically pleasing allowed for the
designers to provide 192 Carparks which includes 3
Handicapped Spots in the Visitor’s Area.

The entire site is two-way with wide thoroughfares
allowing for ease of movement between vehicles.

The pigmented concrete around each park not only
provides easy visibility of allotments but also aid in the
stabilizing of the grass pavers.
