This two-bedroom apartment yearned for an inviting Kitchen space. This area is 100 sq ft. in space and needed every square inch to be used properly. We used the colour white to invite more light into the space and hide a bit of the clutter.

We choose to use a colour palette of grey stone backsplash, stained wood and white and off-white colours. The Eastern wall is equipped with a pantry with no door handles and each door is grooved to allow accessibility. The pantry is different from the recessed nook space for items that wish to be on display thereby giving an open/ close ratio. The area consists of a dishwasher, stove & refrigerator and a hidden water cooler.

The asymmetric composition of the entire kitchen reminds the homeowner that nothing in life follows along a straight path & instead it's organic.
