The grandeur group was given the unique opportunity to create a two-bedroom apartment within a 40'-0" container.

The container has it's limitations because of it's fixed geometry, We decided to raise the central roof area and allow an open area floor plan where the outside space become part of the floor plan.

 

Allowing tenants the ability to easily transition between outside and inside. This creates picturesque views from the surrounding environs.
